In order to work in the US as a nurse, all the candidates are required to pass the National Council of State Boards of Nursing NCSBN’s exam National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX). All the international candidates must pass the exam to qualify as eligible nurses to work within the US. There are two major exams offered by NCSBN for different roles.
These exams are offered on a national level and are valid for all the states of the US. Before filing for the license, aspiring nurses must complete the NCLEX test. This complex exam, administered by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), tests nursing applicants’ foundational knowledge and guarantees their qualification to serve in hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
The NCLEX is available in two formats. The NCLEX-PN is a test that assesses prospective practical nurses (also known as licensed practical nurses or licensed vocational nurses). The NCLEX-RN is a questionnaire for registered nurses.
The two measures are identical in several respects, but there are major variations between them. The RN test focuses on patient delivery and evaluates the specialized level of work of registered nurses. More questions about patient management are included on the PN test.
In the following paragraphs, I will share my experience with the preparation and appearance in the NCLEX-RN exam
.The Premise
This month I passed the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN) to earn my registered nurse license. It was a very important exam dumps for me as now with this success I can begin my professional nursing career in the biggest hospital in my county.
That’s how this exam has opened the doors of new career opportunities for me. Let me share my story of passing the exam for those of you who want to start a similar career pathway.
The Background
Before I tell you my story, let me introduce myself to you. I am a medical nurse hailing from Chicago, Illinois, the US. I have done the ADN Associate Degree In Nursing from Rasmussen College and working as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in a state hospital.
To upgrade my status to a Registered Nurse in my quest for better employment, I decided to take the National Council Licensure Examination – Registered Nurse NCLEX-RN exam.
Preparing For The Exam
Preparing for a professional exam is always an uphill task but always accessible as well if you are rightly equipped for the same. These exams become easier for you if you are practically practicing what you are being asked in the exam.
Without relevant experience, it is very difficult to get yourself familiarized with the concepts of technical nature. As I am a qualified as well as a practicing nurse so I wasn’t having any issue with the practical aspect of the exam.
That’s what I do most of the time while being on job but that’s not all. There is a lot of theoretical preparation as well that you have to refresh even if you have already studied that during your academics. That’s where you can take help from those who have crossed the bridge.
So, for the study material, I consulted a senior colleague of mine who suggested me to opt for Dumpscollection as a reliable training material source for the NCLEX-RN exam.
She gave me some pro tips on preparation and taking the exam which turned out to be very helpful later on. I browsed the Dumpscollection website. There was a free demo that I took to evaluate the content as well as my knowledge.
Once I got satisfied, I took the complete package of PDF and Testing Engine from Dumpscollection as advised. I found the braindumps from Dumpscollection very useful as they were very accurate according to the guideline provided by NCSBN.
For me, the only criteria of content’s authenticity were the course outline and exam objectives provided by NCSBN. As advised I allocated one hour daily for the preparation of the theoretical contents of the exam. Besides that, I took time every day to take the practice test.
That not only helped me in getting acquainted with the exam environment as well as tackling the tricky questions. I took help from some online video tutorials as well.
With all these practices, I got prepared for the exam in 4 weeks. I additionally gave a whole week to the revision of what I learned during the course.
The Exam
After getting eligibility granted by NCSBN, I got registered with Pearson VUE for the exam by paying the fee. On the given day, I appeared for the exam. The exam went well and I comfortably passed it on the first attempt.
The Value
The NCLEX-RN is highly valuable for my professional career as being a registered nurse, I can apply anywhere in any state of the US. I don’t need to separately qualify for the state exams. The qualification has also added a lot of value to my existing job by introducing me to the updated practices.
